The self-service password reset site has been updated. As a result, your answers to the security questions have been erased. In order to continue using the PWreset portal, you will need to log in and provide security questions again.
To do this, please visit https://pwreset.law.harvard.edu in any web browser.
- You will be prompted to enter your User ID – “jharvard”
- To continue, click “I Agree”
- On the next screen, enter your current AD (computer log-in) password, and then follow the prompts to configure your new security questions and answers
Once this has been completed, you will have the option to change your password or sign out from the top right corner.
