Beginning at 9:00 PM on Friday, December 1st, Verizon will conduct a round of maintenance on the Harvard Phone VOIP platform.  Activities will  run throughout the weekend, ending at 7:00 AM on Monday, December 4th.

VoIP phone service will be available, however the VoIP End User Portal will be unable to make real-time phone changes, such as call forwarding, during this maintenance.

All services are expected to be fully operational by Monday morning.
