The HLS community is invited to submit nominees for the 3rd Annual International Women’s Day Photo Exhibit featuring portraits of 20 women lawyers, policy-makers and change-makers in the legal field. Nominate a woman who has inspired you! We will be accepting nominations through December 28.
This year we will continue the tradition of a holiday dessert potluck and raffle at the HLS Holiday Party on Friday, December 16. Anyone who brings in a dessert will be entered into a raffle for prizes from Crema Cafe, Starbucks and a local movie theater!
Reminder: the deadline for setting up two-step verification is November 17, 2016. After that date, anyone who has not set this up will be unable to access services that currently use HarvardKey, such as PeopleSoft, and will be unable to submit (or approve) timesheets.
Harvard is transitioning to a new software tool for submitting and processing reimbursement claims for employee travel and business expenses, and making direct payments for authorized purchases on the Citibank Corporate Card.
Time/Absence Reporters and Keepers will lose the ability to report time and absences from Wednesday, November 16 at 12pm through Monday, November 21 at 8am. This will be University wide and it's important that all users understand these deadlines as there will be no exceptions.
FreeCycles are a great way for us to keep items out of landfills and you get FREE stuff! Stop by Lewis 214A on November 16, 12-2pm (early admittance at 11:30 if you bring a non-perishable food item). You can drop off items from 11am-12pm on the day of the event.
Human Resources and CWD are pleased to offer two upcoming career development workshops at HLS. Staff are invited to learn more about “What Drives You” or how to have “Career Conversations.” Please RSVP by Wednesday, November 9.
