I am looking for a student who is very proficient and efficient in R for help with my research in law, finance, and judicial psychology and behavior. The first task would be to tutor another RA–a very smart law student with no programming background–to write better R code for the analysis of our small dataset of court decisions. This job will take only a couple hours. If we enjoy working together, we can then expand the job to a second task, which is analyzing clickstream data from the largest ever observational study of judicial behavior — and to tutor me in writing better R code too. The timeline for this job is very flexible, and all your work would be high level activities that will really engage your brain and expertise. Please send your CV and transcript (unofficial is fine), a brief description of expertise in R and statistics, and an even briefer description of your interest in the job (one or two sentences should suffice — why do you want to do this) to hspamann@law.harvard.edu.
