Christopher P. Taggart

Chris Taggart is a recent graduate of the S.J.D. program at Harvard Law School. His dissertation was about the normative foundations of law-and-economics. His current research concerns the general part of criminal law. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. After working for three years as an environmental regulatory instructor for Lion Technology Inc., he earned his J.D. from Yale Law School. Before coming to Harvard, he practiced law for three years as a general litigation and environmental law associate at Arnold & Porter LLP's New York City offices.
