ACS, Fed Soc, and the Harvard Law Review host Kelsi Corkran of Orrick to moot her upcoming Supreme Court oral argument in City of Hays v. Vogt. The case presents the question of whether the Fifth Amendment is violated when statements are used at a probable cause hearing but not at a criminal trial. Criminal Justice Policy Program Executive Director Brook Hopkins, Boston University School of Law Professor Tracey Maclin, and Peter Levitt of Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar will serve as judges. With support from the DOS Grant Fund. Dinner will be served.
