Come speak with Clinic Director Wendy Jacobs, Deputy Director Shaun Goho, and Clinical Instructor Aladdine Joroff about the fantastic and diverse opportunities to work on ground-breaking environmental and energy issues. Expand your lawyering skills and substantive knowledge by defending the role of science in decision-making, protecting our National Monuments and the Arctic from off-shore oil and gas drilling, enabling and supporting citizen enforcement of environmental laws, fighting for energy justice, advising municipalities about options for resiliency in the face of climate change, and pushing for a new Farm Bill that takes climate change into account. Students operate as “first chairs” on all projects, provide strategic advice, develop theories of litigation, and present their work to clients, courts, and/or government officials. Come learn more! Light refreshments will be served.
