Join CR-CL for a lunch talk with Professor Sarah Krakoff as part of our “The Political Role of Legal Scholarship” speaker series. Professor Krakoff will speak about the ways conservation policies have historically intersected with Indian appropriation and racialized inequality, then discuss how Bears Ears National Monument shows that public land conservation laws can be redeemed through indigenous agency and activism.
