The Harvard Negotiation Law Review is excited to host an all-star lineup of speakers for a symposium on using institutional design principles from dispute resolution and dispute systems design to “Design Equality” in the legal profession. Panelists will discuss academic research and real-world experiences about what works, what doesn’t, and steps we can take moving forward. The symposium will focus on how legal institutions can be adjusted to level the playing field, and on how individuals can act as allies and activists in pushing for those changes.
The event will proceed as follows:
12 pm – 1pm: Keynote Address by Craig Silliman, GC of Verizon
1 pm – 2 pm: Assessing Challenges: Identifying Hurdles to Equity
