In this lunch talk, Mr. Jianmin Dai, managing partner in the Competition and Antitrust group in Dentons’ China office, will discuss Chinese anti-monopoly law and its application in M&A, Capital Markets, IP, Security Litigation, Corporate Compliance, etc. He will also address the role of antitrust law in trade and outbound investment.

Chinese food will be provided!

Mr. Dai specializes in antitrust investigation, antitrust compliance, merger filing and private antitrust litigation. He is one of the first lawyers to practice antitrust law in China, and has advised certain multinational companies on establishing antitrust law manuals and compliance program. He is a member of Antitrust Committee of IBA, the Competition Committee of IPBA, and Asian Competition Forum. In addition, he is a columnist of Forbes China.
