This panel is bringing together a top restaurant chain company (Panera), doctors, and researchers to talk about the health impacts of misusing antibiotics in our food system and discuss best practices for phasing routine antibiotic use out of major meat supply chains. We want the discussion to then transition into if state policies and federal policy are plausible and the impacts of not instituting them sooner. The panel will be followed by an appetizer reception!

HLS Food Law Society is co-sponsoring the event with a few other organizations in Boston.
