All course websites will be delivered in Canvas by June 30, 2016. You can use MyHLS to access your old iSites (read-only) until August 2017; after that date MyHLS and all iSites will no longer be available. This is true of both course and non-course/standard iSites. If you have an iSite and you need help migrating the content, please contact TLC at tlc@law.harvard.libanswers.com.

The University has chosen Canvas as the officially supported course website platform, fully replacing Course iSites. All course websites will be delivered in Canvas by June 30, 2016, and Course iSites will remain in read-only mode until August 1, 2017. This is true of both course and non-course/standard iSites.  If you have an iSite and you need help migrating the content, please contact TLC at tlc@law.harvard.libanswers.com.

Important Dates:

  • Now through June 2016: All courses migrated to Canvas. All content on non-course or standard iSites should be migrated, archived or deleted.
  • July 1, 2016. All iSites will enter read-only mode. No changes can be made to iSites after this date, but you will be able to view and download material. You will be able to access your old iSites from MyHLS until August 1, 2017.
  • August 1, 2017. All Course iSites  will be retired. No access to Course iSites after this date. MyHLS will be retired.

Harvard University IT is partnering with HLS and other schools in the Harvard Community to make this change. Their webpage contains information about the migration, and links to Canvas online help guides.
