Harvard Law School Student Financial Services is a paperless operation. We collect all data electronically and store it in a secure data management system. This form will allow you to upload all of the data you are required to submit to our office and transmit it to our systems in a secure fashion. The privacy and safety of your data is extremely important to us. We take every possible measure to make sure the protection of your information is our top priority.
This service has been set up to replace submitting data to our office via email. Email is not a secure way to submit sensitive data and we strongly discourage you from sending your confidential data via email.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR DATA:
- You will need to complete some basic identifying information before uploading your documents. It is critically important that you enter this identifying information correctly as this is the data we will use to route your documents to the correct student’s electronic record. Incorrect information will lead to processing delays.
- This form only accepts documents in PDF format. Please be sure to convert all documents to PDF before you use our secure upload form. If you are unable to use our secure upload form please FAX your documents to the office using the coversheet found via this link.
- This is a single session form. You cannot complete a portion of the form now and then return at a different time to finish it. You need to do the whole form in one session.
