ITS Service Desk

ITS has a single Service Desk for all customers, regardless of the type of service they need. There is no need for customers to know exactly which sub-department within ITS they should contact for their needs. All Service Desk technicians are trained in all of the standard aspects of the services we provide, including A/V needs, computer support questions, purchasing inquiries, administrative systems help, and network resource access. The Service Desk technicians will take in your request and either address it themselves or assure that it is connected with the correct resources to get it handled quickly and efficiently.

  • General Support: 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Friday
  • A/V Support: 8:00AM-10:00PM, Monday – Sunday
  • Student lab hours during the school year: 8:30AM-7:00PM, Monday – Friday
