Poster and Brochure Templates
Posters, brochures and other marketing materials can be easily created using the provided templates.
The templates above are formatted in InDesign (.indd) and Word (.docx). Several computers around campus are equipped with the Adobe Creative Cloud, which includes Photoshop and InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Microsoft Publisher.
Additionally, posters and flyers for events must include the following accessibility statement: If you or an event participant requires disability-related accommodations, please contact Accessibility Services in the Dean of Students Office, WCC 3039, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or 617-495-1880.

Campus Video Screens
To submit your poster to be displayed on the campus, submit a JPG file with the size 860 x 564 px to email@example.com. Posters can be displayed up to a month before an event.
Name Tags and Table Tents
Send an Excel Spreadsheet to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will create table tents and name tags for your guests and speakers. You may purchase table tents and name tag holders in the DOS Office (WCC 3039) with your 33-digit billing code.
HLS Copy Center

The HLS Copy Center works with student groups to provide printing options for student-run events, conferences and more. Once you have completed your file, submit your ready-to-print documents to the Copy Center or email your files to email@example.com. Pick up is in the HLS Copy Center, basement of Wasserstein Hall, B018.
