As of November 1st, 2017, ITS will be taking over from Facilities the management of Centrex fax lines. For new Centrex fax line requests, changes to existing lines, or repairs, please submit a ticket to ITS via incident monitor (https://hlssupport.law.harvard.edu) or contact us at 617-495-0722.
Please note that ITS does not provide the support for the physical fax machines. For Ricoh devices, customers should work directly with Ricoh to install, move, or remove the device. For other fax machines, customers should work directly with their desired vendor for purchase and maintenance. ITS will still need to be contacted to make necessary changes to the Centrex fax line.
As a reminder, ITS also now manages all telecom services related to desk phones.
