HELR contributes one student-written article per semester to the Environmental Law Review Syndicate (ELRS). Articles should be between 4,000 and 5,000 words, and address a topic relating to environmental law that would be of interest to an academic audience. We welcome submissions from currently enrolled Harvard JDs, LLMs, and SJDs. Article proposals (or abstracts) are due by February 9, and the final article will be due by March 23. Proposals, as well as any questions, should be sent to Managing Editor Terrence Neal at tneal@jd19.law.harvard.edu. About ELRS The Environmental Law Review Syndicate (ELRS) is a collaborative effort of the nation’s leading environmental law journals that aims to provide a new outlet for student scholarship and foster dialogue between schools. ELRS operates as a cooperative syndicate: each week a different member journal submits a student-written article for syndication on the websites of all other member law reviews.
