Spring 2013 Reading Group
Meets: Th 5:00pm - 7:00pm; 7:00pm - 9:00pm
1 classroom credit

The reading group is intended to provide a survey of the field, including both the major cases (e.g., Hague, Shutts) and the main theoretical approaches from the secondary literature. In addition, the reading group will discuss international choice of law in U.S. courts. The course will meet for six two-hour sessions over the course of the semester. Substantial familiarity with civil procedure and structural constitutional law will be assumed. Enrollment by permission of the instructor.
